During our first call, you will set an intention for what you want to practice for the month — be it joy, confidence, pleasure, or power. Taking up space. Sharing yourself. Being a person, not a project. Feeling in your body how you can be authentic and connected. Whatever it is, it's welcome here. Then you'll get the support and encouragement to practice it in community, together with people who want to see you thrive.
These aren't workshops. You don't need more information — you need more reps: spacious time for brags, shares, and deeper conversation, practicing choosing from alignment and authenticity, not apology.
Witness. Be witnessed. Integration moves faster, and goes deeper, in community than it ever will alone.
