Join the 21-Day STOP APOLOGIZING Community Challenge.
September 8 – 29. 5 live workshops. Private community with discussion threads.
This is your chance to break up with the Apology Pattern once and for all alongside a community of people who are ready to want more for themselves and their lives, without justification.
Quitting isn't giving up.
It's putting down what holds you back.
Finally. With full permission.
You've spent years being easygoing and nice, being fine, being "good," apologizing for wanting more before anyone even asked you to explain yourself. That's not a personality trait. That's the Apology Pattern shrinking your life.
We are hereby breaking up with:
3 out of 4 people just apologized for reading this.
(No, but really. We apologize way more than we realize. Even when we never say the words "I'm sorry," the body carries unspoken apologies.)
Every time you apologize, knowingly or unconsciously, you reinforce the Apology Pattern that limits who you're allowed to be and what you're allowed to have and do. This pattern shrinks your life, dims your light, and turns reality into something to survive, instead of enjoy.
It's time to reclaim the one thing you've been negotiating away your whole life. Your right to be fully human, just like everyone else.
The Apology Pattern will have you do just enough to prove you haven't given up on your goals and desires, but it won't let you actually achieve it.
Teaching, reflection, and live coaching in every session. The workshops build on one another. Attend live if you can. Replays will be available.
Before we can let go of what limits us, we must get honest with ourselves about it. We'll identify the limits your nervous system decided were necessary, including what you believe you can have, do, or be, so we can get clear on exactly how you're limiting yourself right now. And why. This awareness changes everything.
Stop people-pleasing and reclaim your right to be real. Fawning is one of the most common and least recognized protective patterns there is. This is where it shows up: softening your voice to keep the peace, pre-apologizing before you've even said what you want, agreeing with everyone so you seem easy to be around. We'll look at how it shows up in your life, why your nervous system learned it and what it's protecting you from, and how to begin setting boundaries without losing connection or opportunities.
In this workshop, you'll pick one area of life where you've been quietly making do. We'll trace the specific limit that's running the show there, what it's had you doing, and not doing, every day, and name the one thing you've been unwilling to let yourself want. That's the permission that changes everything.
Here's what's actually limiting you: the past, projected forward. Your nervous system treats old pain like a forecast, because it happened before, it assumes it'll happen again. But the past isn't proof of what's possible. We'll find exactly where you've been living inside that projection, so you can choose differently. And powerfully.
Who can you never be? That's not a rhetorical question. It points straight at your shadow. This is where we name the version of you that got exiled early, too much, too loud, too needy, too ambitious, and bring this vital part of you back into the room, on purpose, with permission to belong.
Five workshops. One breakup. Are you in?
Never Apologize AgainYou finally understand how the Apology Pattern shows up in your life.
And now you can change it.
Sorry not sorry. You reclaim your right to be fully human: no softening, no shrinking, no sorry stapled to the end of everything.
Take your power back.
You have agency over your life and can start wanting again, without apology.
Hello, freedom.
Adra is a certified trauma-informed somatic practitioner and mindset coach, with 20 years in education and 15 spent exclusively in health and well-being.
She's also a certified book coach and fiction writer, currently querying a YA speculative novel, which means she knows exactly what it feels like to apologize for wanting to succeed, second-guessing if she's good enough, and doing just enough to prove she hasn't given up on her dreams yet.
She works primarily with women and recovering people-pleasers who've spent years giving everything to everyone else, helping them understand the language of their own nervous systems, so they can stop abandoning themselves and start showing up for their own lives, too.
Adra herself has broken up with the Apology Pattern that kept her disempowered and discouraged for decades. Despite how her life looked on paper, she always felt "less than," until she realized her awareness gave her access to choice. And for her, choice is power.
Ready to work with someone who's lived it?
Never Apologize AgainTeaching, reflection, and live coaching in every session, so whether you speak or just listen, you leave with something.
A room built for saying the quiet thing out loud, maybe for the first time, and being met, not managed.
Somewhere to be between calls, witnessed by people who recognize exactly what you've been carrying.
Short, honest voice notes for guidance and gentle invitations that will direct and deepen your path through this challenge.
Effective, repeatable ways to keep granting yourself permission to be fully and freely human, long after the community challenge completes.
Fill it out yourself during Workshop 1, and read again every day or when you need it most for continued and renewed permission.
That's everything. All that's left is you.
Never Apologize AgainThis one's priced on the honor system. Pay what feels right for where you are right now. There's no wrong number, and no one's checking the receipts.
What you pay is your first act of permission.
September 8 to 29. 5 live workshops. One long-overdue permission slip, filled out, signed, and sent by you.
